The rooms are absolutely stunning in a very modern style. The great location is a bonus, with easy access to popular areas. There is also an in-house mall with amazing food options offering a lovely view of the bay.

The hotel falls short in some important areas. The in-room dining menu is rather limited, with the food barely scraping by at two and a half stars.

I had an really good experience at this hotel. The staff was courteous and professional, and the room was clean as new. The hotel had excellent facilities with lovely trendy decor. the hotel had convenient transportation options and was situated in a great location, with amazing views of the city.

Staff members were helpful and professional, making our stay pleasant. the location is also convenient, being a quick taxi ride from popular areas, such as Ginza and Tokyo Station. the mall below the hotel provides easy access to restaurants and cafes with bay views, which was a great perk.

Some amenities and services were lacking. We were disappointed to find no spa or sauna, and the laundry service did not offer the express option we were hoping for.

This hotel provides an exceptional luxurious experience with trendy and modern, spacious rooms. the well decorated and exclusive amenities such as the TV room, bar/ lounge and restaurant, cater to ones' leisure needs. the view from each room is captivating and worth every penny spent. Staff professionalism is laudable, and their willingness to help is top-notch. the small mall below the hotel is convenient and features several restaurants and cafes that overlook the bay.

Although the In-room dining menu did not meet my expectations, the hotel's location close to Ginza and Tokyo Station made up for any shortcomings.
